Steve Spence Everywhere we go we leave a footprint, an imprint that gives direction as to where we have been and where we are going. We have a choice in life to be either a destroyer, or a builder. The destroyer leaves devastation that brings both physical and emotional distress, whereas the builder creates opportunity and lasting bonds in relationships which bring hope and encouragement to others. At Alevia, our goal is to cultivate an environment for everyone around us to experience increased hope and encouragement within our community.

What People Are Saying
“I came with a lot of pain in my whole back. I had needed pain medication which I don't like to take. Nate was very professional and knowledgeable. My pain went from 10 to zero. His advise really helped and my posture is much improved. I follow the exercises that he recommended. I am very grateful for his loving kindness. He is a very good addition to the Alevia Physical Therapy group. Thank you so much. Everyone there is so friendly.”

“Jordan made me feel comfortable asking questions and helped me feel positive towards reaching my recovery. I was given all the tools and feedback necessary to complete my recovery program successfully and am now back to doing the things that I love. Overall, recovering from my injury has improved my spirit and brought a meaningful experience into my life. The Receptionists were sweet and respectful, and all calls were returned to me in a timely manner. Hands down the best Physical Therapy Facility in Southern Oregon!”
— Cheyeanne, Google Review
“When I began therapy at Alevia, I could no longer do a pushup and even had trouble driving. Within less than a month, I could comfortably drive, and in about two or three months, I was back to practicing my own workout routine. The experience was immensely informative, helping me understand my body, what caused my problems and what all I could do to help myself. A million thanks go to the fun, kind and helpful staff at Alevia, especially Nate, Austyn and Jordan.”

Alevia Physical Therapy is a locally owned and operated company established in 2017 in an effort to create a more accessible and affordable option of Physical Therapy and Medical Massage for everyone within our community. It is founded upon patient education and professional inter-collaboration with medical providers throughout the region so that we can better treat the whole person. Our focus is on restoring optimal performance and function as quickly and safely as possible via education and one-on-one training. By inter-collaborating with our patients’ medical team, we receive a clearer image as to their journey toward health and their current medical state. Our goal is to be a catalyst in cultivating an environment toward advancing the overall Health and Wellness of our neighbors and friends in Southern Oregon. Everyone who interacts with a member of the Alevia Team is greeted with a smile, a compliment, and recognizes first hand the Alevia Experience, where the care received is customized to you the moment you come through our door. Your focus needs to be on improving your health so that you can return to doing the things that bring you happiness and fulfillment such as working to provide for loved ones, exploring and enjoying our beautiful Southern Oregon landscape, or simply keeping the house and yard in order without having to worry about pain and injury as a consequence. Let us handle insurance and the nuances needed to ensure you qualify for the optimal care we provide. Our office staff may look kind and sweet, but they know how to get the job done so that you can remain focused on your health. “Your participation is key,” says Jordan Spence, owner of Alevia Physical Therapy. “Passive care does not return people to the active lifestyle they now long for due to injury, disease, and degeneration of their bodies over time. Action is required if decreased pain, functional return, and performance enhancement is to be achieved. Our hope is for you to learn and implement true principles of action that will guide you through the phases of healing and conclude with an understanding of how to prevent re-injury from occurring. We should never have see you for the same thing twice if we do our job right. As you learn and implement true principles consistently you will achieve optimal health and sustained wellness.” Whether you were injured on the job, in a motor vehicle accident, playing sports, rotating laundry, or are recovering from surgery, our trained team has seen it and knows how to get you back on track regardless of how recent or chronic your case. And if you don’t know whether your condition will heal on its own or feel as if pain is simply a consequence of getting old, we want you to know that it can always get better. Come and see us to learn how. We look forward to seeing you!
